Exchange Policy

If the item you received is the wrong size, color, or style, or has a manufacturing defect (e.g., deformation, scratches, plating peeling), we offer a free exchange service. Please contact our customer service via email within 7 days of receipt, providing your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover the round-trip shipping costs for the exchange.
The exchange item must be in the same brand-new, unused condition as required for returns.

Return Policy

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality European tableware and vintage treasures. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging (including dust bags, protective boxes, labels, etc.) intact.
As tableware comes into direct contact with food, items that have been used or washed cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to prevent loss.

Refund Information

Once your returned item passes our quality inspection and meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Original shipping fees and customs duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Please note: Vintage tableware are collectible items, each one unique. If usage marks or missing packaging are found upon return, we reserve the right to deduct fees or refuse the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Tableware that has been used, washed, or damaged
• Items with incomplete packaging or removed labels
• Custom-made or special order items
• Requests submitted after the return/exchange period
